How to Get Crayon Out of Car Upholstery
- 1). Scrape the area gently with the side of the putty knife to remove as much crayon as possible. Collect the shavings.
- 2). Turn on the hair dryer, and work it across the area. The heat will melt and evaporate the wax.
- 3). Spray the area with lubricant if any residual staining has occurred. Allow it to set for 15 minutes, then blot it up with a soft cloth.
- 4). Wash the area with a mild laundry detergent, and blot it dry with another soft cloth.
