Manual Tire Changer Instructions
- 1). Place your tire changer on a flat surface and secure it with bolts. Remove the valve from each tire with a screwdriver.
- 2). Remove the tire from the rim using the clamping device on the manual tire changer. Adjust the position of the clamping device appropriately. For example, for rims with flat, rounded or painted rim lips, adjust the device to 110 degrees.
- 3). Firmly press down on the tire while using the bead lever tool on the manual tire changer to loosen it from the rim. Repeat this step on the other side of the tire. Rotate the tire clockwise and completely lift it from the rim.
- 4). Lubricate the inner and outer edge of the replacement tire with the supplied lubricant. Put the new tire on the rim and use the "Mount/demount" head on the manual tire changer to secure the rim in place. Use the screwdriver to replace the air valve.
