    • 1). Open the fuse panel cover under the steering column by pulling down on it with your hands.

    • 2). Locate the fuse for the ECU--the engine control unit--in the fuse panel. Use the fuse diagram on the underside of the fuse panel cover.

    • 3). Pull the fuse for the ECU using the fuse pullers in the fuse panel.

    • 4). Turn the ignition to the "II" or "on" position (the second position in the ignition) and wait two to three minutes.

    • 5). Turn off the ignition.

    • 6). Reinsert the fuse for the ECU and turn the ignition back on and verify that the warning lights have gone out.
