Remove old windshield

• 1). Cover the hood with the nylon sheet to protect it if the glass shatters when you try to remove it.
  
  
• 2). Use the screwdriver to remove the wing mirrors and wiper arms/blades. Use the screwdriver again to pry the rubber gasket away from the corner of the windshield and gently pull to remove it from around the windshield.
  
  
• 3). Put on the safety gloves and glasses before you start working with the windshield itself.
  
  
• 4). Use the blade to break the seal around the windshield and pull gently to remove.
  
  
• 5). Carefully push the windshield out of position. You may need a second person to help you with this.
  
  

Install th enew windshield

• 1). Gently rub the frame and the edge of the new windshield with the sandpaper to form an abrasive edge and apply the bonding agent to both surfaces.
  
  
• 2). Reposition the new windshield and push gently into place.
  
  
• 3). Reinsert the gasket and wipe away any surplus bonding agent.
  
  
• 4). Re-attach the wing mirrors and wiper arms/blades.
