How to Remove a Radio from a CR-V
- 1). Locate the two Phillips-head screws on the center dash bezel just below the heater vents and the stock stereo. Remove them using the Phillips-head screwdriver.
- 2). Grip the dash bezel just below the heater vents and pull it up and towards you to release the clips at the top of the bezel. Pull the bezel away from the dashboard and then disconnect any electrical connections on the back.
- 3). Unscrew the stereo from the dashboard using the Phillips-head screwdriver. Lift it out, then unplug the antenna lead and wiring harness from the back.
