    • 1). Mount the door track to the top of the doorway jamb by centering the track inside the jamb. Measure the distance from the edge of the track to the edge of the jamb with a tape measure at both ends to ensure it is centered. Make a mark through the mounting holes with a pencil. Remove the track, drill a small pilot hole at each mark with a drill and 3/26-inch bit, replace the track and mount it with the track hardware.

    • 2). Insert the track hinge pins and rollers on the doors. Place the hinge pins into the hole bored into the bottom of the door and tap into place with a hammer. Insert the rollers into the holes bored into the top of the door and tap into place with a hammer. Add a drop of wood glue to the hole if the rollers and pins do not stay in place and reinstall them.

    • 3). Hold a plumb bob in the center of the track at one end. Let the bob weight suspend over the floor. Mark the position of the weight with a pencil. Mount the bottom hinge guide at this point. Repeat this process on the other end of the track to install the hinge guide for this side.

    • 4). Lift the door up and insert the top rollers into the track. Press up on the doors while grasping it at both sides and slide the hinge pin into the bottom guide. Repeat this for the other half of the door.

    • 5). Adjust the bottom hinge pin as needed to center the door. Lift the pin up and move it toward the jam if the door leans away from the jam at the bottom, and vice versa.
