An equilibrium, must be achieved as we are part of the 'ocean of energy' as our immediate environment.
When our equilibrium of pressure is compromised, we risk being 'crushed' to death.
When it is compromised (imbalanced), the physical body will attempt to counter- pressurize the imbalance to correct the pressure back to equilibrium.
The counter pressurization is our body's response to maintain pressure equilibrium to allow the body to exist to experience what we call life.
It will do what ever it can to ensure the pressure is 'maintained' so that we can continue to experience life.
It will do what it needs to do to maintain a 'semi-pressurized' environment even though it may be imbalanced, or you can call it damaged.
This semi-pressurized environment is called 'dis-ease'.
When the semi- pressurized environment is reversed back to its normal equilibrium pressure, the health is returned.
What is interesting to note is this, the primary cause of imbalance of pressure is 'stress'.
The reasons for pressure imbalance are: Stress, surface puncture as in physical injury of the body, environmental changes, bubbles within the physical body.
The last of the four is interesting as it is created by the physical body itself (the unconscious), it is created and also un-created as soon as the purpose of the bubble is fulfilled, completed.
Meaning the message of the bubble is delivered to the conscious mind.
The bubbles are the 'source' of the blockage of the flow of energy in the physical body, the more bubbles exist, the greater the blockages.
Yet the bubbles are essentially the way the unconscious (body) way of communicating with you (conscious mind), which means when we don't listen to the body, the more messages are stockpiled in the physical body, that in the end created a blockage in the physical body that leads to discomfort, later sickness and eventually disease that lead to death.
The body can do many amazing things, yet it needs your (conscious) cooperation to achieve the pressure equilibrium to allow the experience of life to continue.
Take for example, your leg is sitting too long in the cross legged position, it needs to stretch a little, but you did not cooperate by moving the legs to stretch, it will continue to create more bubbles to create the discomfort so that you will 'listen and do what it needs to be done' so that it can maintain its equilibrium.
So the bubbles within are actually 'messages' created by the body to communicate with you (the conscious mind).
When you get the message, the bubble reverse its existence, the energy flows again instead of being a blockage of the energy flow.
What can we do to help the pressure equilibrium? Easy, since stress in the primary component of pressure imbalance.
You need to only learn to be 'relaxed' and 'meditate' to increase the pressure from within so that an equilibrium is reached for the healthy state of mind and body.
Meditation allows for the connection to higher self Meditation allows you to listen to the messages Meditation allows you to relax as well While you are working, you can learn to relax to facilitate the pressure equalization of the mind and body, meaning de-stress to allow the body to be at ease to move around in the ocean of energy.
We are all living together as one, thou separate, yet we are one unit interacting with each other.
We can do anything in the ocean of energy when our energy is balance between inside and outside, so learn to maintain the pressure in equilibrium for health.
