How to Update Security Procedures
- 1). Click on the "Start" button and select "All Programs." Scroll up to find "Windows Update." It is typically located above "Accessories." Click to launch it.
- 2). Choose on "Express Install" or "Custom Install." If want to update the security procedures quickly, select "Express Install." If you want to review each individual update before installing it, click on "Custom Install." Ignore this step if you use Windows Vista or Windows 7.
- 3). Click on the "Install" button. Wait patiently as Windows installs security procedure updates.
- 4). Restart your computer after the updates are installed.
