Looking at the trade ins getting crushed and sent for scrap you thought that there were many cars that were in much better condition than my car, but the government programs couldn't see a recycle program and get the real clunkers off the road.
That would have helped many hundreds of people get transportation.
The government gave tax incentives to send American jobs offshore never to return, these jobs may have helped the people that could not afford the houses they bought from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
It seems that the only ones that can fail are the regular people, the homeowners, the workforce of this country.
We can lose our homes to foreclosure and to the very institutions we helped avoid failure through the government bailout that our tax dollars financed.
The very institutions that won't loan money to small business so we can get a new start and help the economy rebound.
