Paul Biane, Supervisor Has Been Member Of San Bernardino County Board For Eight Years

Paul Biane, Supervisor of Second District was elected to San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors in November, 2002. Paul Biane has served for eight years as Rancho Cucamonga City Councilman. He has also held the position of Chairman for the Board of Supervisors from 2006-2008 and Vice Chairman from 2004-2006. A committed public servant, Paul Biane worked hard to put Second District on a phase of development and he started several programs to solve the problem faced by the community and add to the quality of life of citizens in Second District.

Second District is composed of cities of Rancho, Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana. The area of Second District also includes unincorporated areas of San Antonio Heights, Mt. Baldy, Lytle Creek, Devore and Crestline communities. Paul Biane Supervisor has been an active participant in the community tasks for building better communities. Paul Biane has always found new ways in which the prevailing systems and life of the people in these communities can be improved. Paul Biane, Supervisor also serves on the Board of Directors for San Bernardino Associated Governments. The board takes important decisions to help in the development and funding of transportation projects throughout the county. For the improvement of local freeways and roads, Paul Biane also spearheaded the campaign for continuing Measure I which was a voter approved sales tax that helped fund the I-210 extension. Paul Biane is also a member of the Board of Directors for San Bernardino Countys Cal-ID Remote Access Network Board. Through Paul Biane, Supervisors efforts Second District has seen a lot of improvements in the recent years and the community continues to grow under the successful reforms and programs run by Paul Biane.
