    • 1). Apply eye primer to your clean eye lids using the pad of your forefinger. Tap the primer on -- don't rub your eye skin. This leads to wrinkling and you may get the primer in your eyes. Allow the primer to dry for one minute before continuing.

    • 2). Dip your short-bristled eyeshadow brush into the pink eyeshadow pigment. Tap the pigment on your wrist slightly, to shake off the excess.

    • 3). Sweep the pink pigment all over the lower eyelid from the crease to the lash line. Reapply pigment to the brush as needed. Use a cheek powder brush to sweep pink pigment under the eye from the inner corner outward. Go light here with the application -- a little goes a long way.

    • 4). Use a long-bristled eyeshadow brush to apply the bright yellow eyeshadow to the eyelid above the crease. Sweep on the powder using short, brisk strokes.

    • 5). Line the eyelids, top and bottom with black eyeliner. The eye entire should be lined. Use a sponge-tipped applicator to smudge the eyeliner for a mysterious, sultry look. Apply several coats of black or colored mascara.

    Scary Reds

    • 1). Apply a thin coat of foundation makeup to your eyelids. This makeup will make the red eyeshadow stand out.

    • 2). Sweep red eyeshadow on the lower part of the eye, from the crease to the lashes. Use the brush tip to apply the red shadow under the eye too.

    • 3). Line the eyes with red, sparkly eyeliner. Then apply black eyeliner over the red. Keep the black liner light, just enough to make your eye color stand out.

    • 4). Use a brown mascara and very lightly touch the tips of your lashes with it. Add just enough mascara to make lashes visible.
