    • 1). Launch Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Click "Start" from the system tray located at the bottom of the desktop. Click "All Programs" and then click then click "Microsoft Office SharePoint Server" from the applications list.

    • 2). Click the "Site Actions" button from the Microsoft Office SharePoint application. Click "Site Settings" from the drop-down menu and then click "Modify All Site Settings."

    • 3). Click "Site Features" from the Site Administration section of the Site Settings page.

    • 4). Click "Activate" next to "Office SharePoint Server Publishing."

    • 5). Click "Site collection features" under "Site Collection Administration" of the Site Settings page.

    • 6). Click "Activate" next to "Office SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure" from the Site Collection Features page.
