How to Correct an Error That Has Occurred in the Script
- 1). Close the Internet Explorer Web browser.
- 2). Click the "Start" menu and choose "Printers."
- 3). Locate the icon dedicated to the printer connected to your computer. The icon is typically labeled as your printer manufacturer followed by the model number.
- 4). Right-click the icon and choose "Properties."
- 5). Single-click to remove the check mark next to "Encapsulated PostScript (EPS)" output selection.
- 6). Click "OK."
- 7). Relaunch the Internet Explorer Web browser. Navigate to the Web page that you wish to print to a file. Click the "File" menu on the top bar and select "Print." You will not receive any error messages.
