Specific Group

• Certain scholarships are available to those who are descendants of specific groups of colonists. For example, the Society of the Descendants of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence offers a merit-based scholarship to its members. Members must submit a resume or list of activities, an application form, three letters of reference, a transcript from the last school attended and a personal statement.
