  • Yoga - Stretching tense muscles, getting exercise and releasing feel good endorphins
  • Music - Relaxing music has been shown to also release endorphins into the body making you feel more relaxed and lowering cortisol levels
  • Laughter - A good belly laugh is an amazingly stress relieving experience.
