How to Fix Windows Defragmenter
- 1). Click "Start," type "System Restore" and press "Enter."
- 2). Click "Next," and use the "Data and Time" column to select a restore point where you think that the Disk Defragmenter last worked properly.
- 3). Click on the restore point to select it, and click "Next."
- 4). Confirm that you wish to restore your computer by clicking "Finish." Your computer will automatically restart during the restoration process. After restoring, you will be able to run the Disk Defragmenter utility without any problems.
