Getting rid of belly fat and losing weight can be a TOUGH thing to do.
You have to know where you're making mistakes and how to fix them.
A lot of people think you can just walk around the block a few times and blam-o, you lose weight.
Well, that's not exactly so.
It might work for some people, but not all people.
The flat out reality of it is that you need to put in a little extra work to see any real results.
Now I know that sounds a bit like "hard work", but it doesn't have to be that hard in most cases.
A good example would be a lite workout twice a week using body weight exercises like kneeling push ups, prisoner squats or even simple step-ups using a chair or a weight bench.
But what really matters is what you eat, and how often you eat as well.
I'm not talking about a diet here either.
I'm talking about making some simple changes to your daily eating habits.
Watch your calories.
You'd be surprised how many very good foods you can eat and still have a low calorie intake.
Also, try and eat 5 or 6 times a day.

  • Small snack
  • Lunch
  • Small snack
  • Dinner
  • Small snack
Try making each small meal about 3 to 4 hours apart from each other.
I know this may sound weird to some people, but your body needs a steady flow of good and healthy foods every day to boost your metabolism and start burning fat cells much faster.
Three small normal meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and three smaller snacks will keep your body working at an ultimate fat burning level.
But watch those calories.
Try and take in no more then 1800 calories a day.
The less calories you intake and the more you burn, the more fat you'll lose.
Here's another tip.
Try and stay a little active all day.
Get up and walk around your home or office with a headset on while you're on the phone.
Vacuum the house everyday instead of every other day or even just get out and play some lite sports with the kids.
Turn your weight loss adventure into just that, an adventure with your family.
Follow these easy steps and tips and you'll start seeing your belly fat melt away!
