Your emotions are running riot.
You need to be on top of your game.

Some people try to eat their problems away.
Others do the opposite and try to starve themselves.
Others make themselves more depressed by dwelling on negative issues.

Visit and stay over with relatives and friends.
There are many people in the world who still love you, care about you and are fun to hang out with.

You merely tell everyone you have both agreed to give each other some space.
You both need to take some time out.
And it gives you a great chance to catch up with everyone and everything you have missed out on.
You also go out and meet new friends.
Go with friends and see that Show, Concert or Movie or Opera you been meaning to see for ages.
Take that trip to visit someone special you think smilingly about.
Have fun, grab your guitar and go downtown and jam or sing at the clubs.
Take part in Karaoke contests and win some prizes.
Go out dancing.
Go to the Library and Art Gallery.
You will find yourself open up to life, you will be busy shopping and you will enjoy a lot of it.
You start feeling good about yourself again and anything can happen.
