Ringlets can be achieved with a perm, curling irons or heated rollers, and some women have natural ringlet curls in their hair. There are many styles to choose from for curled hair, and a few are timeless: It can be worn down and cascading, half-up with decorative accessories or pulled all the way up for a more formal style.
  
  

Long, Loose Ringlets

• Ringlets are often worn in updos, but left down, they create a romantic, feminine look and give body to the hair. The hair is curled with hot rollers or a small-barrel curling iron in 1-inch sections, creating tight spirals.
