Upload Movies to your iPod

• 1). Launch iTunes and select "File" from the menu in the top-left hand corner of the window and then click "Add file to library." You can now browse the contents of your computer for video files. Be aware that iTunes only allows you to copy .mp4 video files into its library.
  
  
• 2). Select the video files that you want copied to your iPod. You can select multiple files at a time by holding in the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while you click.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Open" button located in the bottom right corner of the window. iTunes will copy the selected video files into its library.
  
  
• 4). Connect your iPod to your computer and wait a few moments for iTunes to recognize your device. Click on your iPod's icon in the left panel when it appears, then click the "Movies" tab located on the opposite pane.
  
  
• 5). Check the box next to "Sync Movies" located at the top of the screen. You can sync your entire video library by checking the box next to "Automatically include all movies." If you wish to upload specific movies to your iPod, leave the box un-checked and select the movies you want by clicking the appropriate check boxes.
  
  
• 6). Click the "Apply" button located in the bottom right corner of the iTunes window to begin transferring the movies to your iPod.
