Physical Fitness, An Art Or A Science? All of us sometime or the other in our lives would have felt the dire need of being physically fit and healthy.
We might have also tried different ways of being fit.
More interestingly, few people would have succeeded in attaining the perfect figure without ever going to a gym or seeking the help of a trained fitness trainer.
Also, as the time passed by these few successful guys turned out to me able to settle as physical fitness trainers.
But, please keep in mind that the probability of achieving the so called perfect figure with 6-pack abs, huge muscles without proper supervision and structured fitness training is very very rare.
I am a fitness trainer and I am in this position without taking any help from anyone.
Can you believe this? You have to, my friend.
Even if I wanted to take any one's help, I couldn't afford it.
I have seen a numerous number of people struggling hard to get in to a good shape.
They do all kinds of exercises, work outs, use all kind of gym equipment and still are not satisfied with the results.
These people are from all walks of life.
All these people have one thing in common.
They don't have a good trainer.
They see or hear about some fitness advertisement on TV, magazine or internet and go ahead to try that product.
Some of these products are reasonably good but they alone cannot give good or desirable results.
For example, to achieve perfect abs or 6-pack abs to be precise, huge muscles, you have to be trained by a good fitness trainer.
Getting a nice physique is both an art and a science.
In the process one should lose fat, gain lean weight and then build muscles.
Now the process of building and increasing strength and stamina follows.
The key is to get trained by a qualified or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the results will be very good and rapid.
A very important factor in the process of body building or muscle building is diet.
A very planned, structured diet will boost the muscle development, gaining strength and stamina.
I have been searching every where about the so called complete and perfect physical fitness training until I came across one website that talks about one such revolutionary program called The Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne, the world renowned Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and author of too many articles to count in magazines such as Men's Health, Men's Fitness, Oxygen, Maximum Fitness, and Muscle and Fitness Hers.
As a personal fitness trainer and I love this new ground breaking fitness training method.
