How to Use Windows Media Player to Copy to iPod Nano

    • 1). Plug one end of the USB cable into your iPod and the other end into an available USB port on your computer.

    • 2). Turn on the computer and the iPod, then start Windows Media Player.

    • 3). Click the "Sync" tab in the upper right corner, then click on the Library folders on the left side of the screen to select music, video, pictures and other media files.

    • 4). Click on any of the folders, such as Music, to browse the contents and select tracks to copy to the iPod. Click and hold the left mouse button on each desired file, then drag the file to the Sync list on the right side of the screen.

    • 5). Click the "Start Sync" button to copy the selected files to the iPod. Wait for the "Sync Complete" message before disconnecting the iPod from the computer.
