    • 1). Measure the distance from the top of the pew’s end cap to the floor. This will determine how long the tulle bow must be in order to drape from the side of the pew and reach to the floor.

    • 2). Set a round floral foam piece on a work surface and cut it in half. Cut fake flower stems down to 1 inch long and press them into the rounded side of the floral foam halves. Completely cover both halves with flowers.

    • 3). Plug in a hot-glue gun and put the heat on the lowest possible setting to prevent burns to the foam and tulle.

    • 4). Cut tulle to the length of the pew’s height, but add an additional 6 inches to the measurement to account for the material needed for the bow. Tie a simple bow with the tulle. Measure the tails of the bow to make sure they're the correct length of the pew’s height. The loops of the bow should be slightly larger than the floral arrangement.

    • 5). Set the tulle bow flat on a work surface. Place a small amount of hot glue in the center of the bow and press the flat back side of the floral arrangement onto the bow. Add additional glue if necessary from the back and allow the glue to harden before lifting.

    • 6). Create a loop with a piece of ribbon that will go around the end cap of the pew and hold the decoration in place. Measure the circumference of the end cap by using a fabric measuring tape or by wrapping a piece of ribbon around it and cutting it to size.

    • 7). Glue the two ends of the ribbon together using a dab of hot glue; then glue the ends to the back of the tulle bow. Allow the entire arrangement to dry. Repeat the process for as many pew end-cap decorations as needed.

    • 8). Loop the ribbon over the pew’s end cap to hold the arrangement in place.
