How to Troubleshoot WiFi on an iPod
- 1). Click the "Settings" icon on the home screen of your iPod Touch.
- 2). Click the "Wi-Fi" tab.
- 3). Verify that the Wi-Fi switch at the top of the screen reads "On." If not, click it once to activate it.

- 2). Click the "General" tab.
- 3). Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the "Reset" tab.
- 4). Select the "Reset Network Settings" option.
- 1). Click the "Settings" icon.

- 3). Check to see that at least one available network appears on the list beneath the "Choose a Network" heading. If no networks appear, you may have no local Wi-Fi signals available. If networks do appear but contain an image of a lock directly beside them, then you will need to enter a password to access them.
- 4). Click on your personal Wi-Fi network if available and enter your password on the pop-up screen that appears. If you do not know your wireless password, you may find it printed on your router.
- 1). Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the "Slide to Power Off" slider appears on your screen.
- 2). Swipe the slider across your screen to the right.
- 3). Press the power button a second time to restart.
