Ways to Build Muscle Fast - Tips For Packing on the Mass
In college it was a big deal for me and my roommates to make sure we were in shape.
We were always experimenting with different approaches to gaining size and muscle mass.
Through all the trial and error we came up with some great ways to build muscle fast.
These methods helped us and I am sure they will you too.
I am going to call this list our collegiate muscle program.
Here are the ways to build muscle fast using our system: 1.
Shorten Gym Time: Do not spend more than 30 minutes in the gym.
Get your entire workout done quickly and then get out.
You want to increase your intensity and lower the amount of time spent working out.

Switch The Exercises: Every three weeks you want to switch the exercises up.
The main reason is that it confuses the system and you end up working out harder.
So if this week you are doing bench press, incline press, and decline press you should do the dumbbell versions the next 3 weeks.

Eat Eat Eat: You want to make sure you are eating 6 meals a day.
Make all of them with a source of protein and whole wheat carbohydrates.
This high number of meals keeps your muscles fed and keeps the body fat off of your body.
4.
Take A Break: Every 8 weeks you need to take a week off.
It seems counterproductive, but trust me you will come back much stronger when you get back to the gym 5.
Supplement: Get a good whey protein and take it two to three times a day.
You can use it as a meal replacement for one or two of your six meals.
