How to Adjust Mail Order Accounts on an iPhone
- 1). Connect your iPhone to your Mac or PC computer using an iPhone USB cable.
- 2). Launch the iTunes application.
- 3). Click on the name of your iPhone from the "Devices" list on the left side of the window.
- 4). Go to the "Info" tab at the top of the window.
- 5). Make sure the checkbox labeled "Sync selected mail accounts" is checked.
- 6). Check the box next to the name of the email account you want to appear first on your iPhone. Leave the boxes next to the other accounts unchecked.
- 7). Press the "Apply" button to save the settings and sync the single email account with your iPhone.
- 8). Go back to the "Info" tab and check the box for the email account that you want to appear next on your iPhone. Press "Apply" to add it to your iPhone underneath the existing account.
- 9). Repeat Step 8 for each remaining email account you want to use on your iPhone.
