  • EAT! - In order for your body to start building mass you must ensure that you are consuming enough calories every single day.
    As the average daily amount for a male is 2500 per day (which will maintain the same weight), you need to be consuming at least 3000 calories.
    It is a good idea to keep a food diary because this way you can keep track of your calories and make sure you are eating enough.
  • Eat Regularly - As well as eating more, you must spread your meals out throughout the day, eating every 2-3 hours.
  • In and Out - Some people spend hours training in the gym, but for hard gainers it is important to make your gym sessions short and sweet (usually around 45 minutes is fine).
