At the end of the day, it’s all about persistence.
You need to be persistence to continue with your training program to achieve your set goal/goals.
There is one observation I can conclude going to gym.
Guys that can last for 2 months, you will see them for the rest of the year.
Those that are gone after 2 weeks, you bet, you need a nutcracker to bring them back to a gym again.
What differentiate between these two pools of players?Persistence never runs in the blood of the group that left after 2 weeks.
The phrase ‘no pain, no gain’ works so well in a weight training program.
You need to toil and sweat to improve and through this process you learn to enhance one of the great attributes you have in you, PERSISTENCE Discipline Discipline is one factor that excites me into weight training.
How true yet how wrong I was.
The truth is I did turn out to be more discipline.
Yet how wrong I was since I learn more than being just a discipline person.
And I am grateful of being introduced to weight training.
Every weight trainer will curse and swear yet deep down they know they are a more discipline person to achieve a successful weight-training program.

It’s the person himself.

You need to be there to realize and appreciate how much discipline is needed to reach your weight-training goal.
It’s not a fear.
It’s a challenge yet a bonus to any beginner.

Though we work in team nonetheless our body works individually.

The waiting sometimes can be horrendous if one is impatient.
Imagine everyday having a measuring tape to check whether your arm had grew from 14” to 16” or your waist has shrink 2” after 1 week of weight training program vs.

Beginners will always be in loose clothing from top to toe.

Yes! They do help but the lasting effect is short term unless you improve or continue to drag your self to do it.
