How to Sync OneNote With iPhone
- 1). Save you file, pictures or other information on your computer. You can save the information anywhere on your computer and then upload it to OneNote.
- 2). Save the item to the web. With the document or file open on your computer, click the "File" option in the navigation bar at the top of the file. From the drop-down menu, click on the "Save and Send" option and then choose the "Save to Web" option.
- 3). Click on the "Sign In" option to log into your Windows Live account. Enter your user name and password and then click on the "OK" button.
- 4). Identify the folder in SkyDrive where you want to save the file. Click the "Save As" option and type in the name of the file.
- 5). Click the "Save" button. This saves the item to SkyDrive on Windows Live, which makes it available from any Internet access, including Internet access from an iPhone.
- 1). Touch the Safari or Internet browser icon from your iPhone. This opens a browser window on your iPhone.
- 2). Log in to your Windows Live account by typing in the Windows Live web address (see Resources) in the browser on your iPhone. Then hit the "Go" button in the bottom right hand side of the screen.
- 3). Identify and select the folder where you saved the file, picture, audio or video. Click on the folder to open it and then click on the file you want to access. This allows you access to the file from your iPhone.
- 1). Click on "New" from the navigation bar at the top of the iPhone screen while logged in to your Windows Live account.
- 2). Identify the type of document you want to create from the drop-down box, such as document, spreadsheet or OneNote Notebook.
- 3). Name the document and click the "Save" button. The document then opens for you to edit and save --- also making it accessible from your computer or iPhone when logged into your Windows Live account.
