Aged? Don"t Resign Yourself To Poor Sleep

There's a pervasive myth that I'd like to dispel now.
It's the belief that aging causes sleep to deteriorate.
This is totally untrue.
Let's see why now.
What is true is that our sleep is a mirror of our lifestyle.
And most people's lifestyle gets only more and more sedentary as one ages.
What is true is that aged and inactive people stop getting deep sleep almost completely, and dream less as well.
They find themselves waking up too early.
But the main reason of poor sleep is not age, the reason is inactivity.
Let me repeat that again: inactivity is the culprit.
What is true is that, whatever your age, your life needs to be physically and mentally active to make sure you really need sleep when night comes.
If you're 65 and you dream of enjoying the energy level and sleep quality you had when you were 40, what can you do? Lead an active life, mentally and physically, as if you were 40.
You won't achieve that in a day, but over the course of a couple months of progressive efforts, starting where you are, you can regain much of your youth, energy, and sleep.
Oh, and by the way, you'll also dramatically extend your life expectancy.
So if you're interested at all by the idea of living better and living longer, I urge you to start moving TODAY.
Refuse to grow old.
Get moving and get tired! I know it's counterintuitive, but the only way to get more energy is to tire yourself more.
Do that and sleep will follow.
How to break the vicious cycle If you use the SleepTracks Sleep Optimization Program, you can start with the Insomnia Buster and the Whole Night tracks.
Insomnia Buster will train your brain to generate more SMR brainwaves, a brainwave band sorely missing in people suffering from poor sleep.
And the Whole Night Track will help you reach deeper stages of sleep during the night and maitain yourself there.
Getting more restful sleep thanks to the Sleep Tracks will make you feel more energetic during the day, which in turn will allow to be even more active.
Instead of being trapped in a vicious circle of tiredness and poor sleep, you'll start to get better day after day.
Don't delay.
