Toyota's Retro Concept puts the focus on functionality, not horsepower.

The Retro Tacoma's 4-cylinder engine is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The axles and transfer case were converted with Land Cruiser parts, resulting in a solid front axle.

The truck's striping, rollbar and off-road lights are reminiscent of Toyota's 1980's specialty trucks.
