You see, I was always on the heavy side - I guess I must have inherited it from my mother's side of the family - and getting around during daytime was always a lot of trouble.
So, by the time I got to bed at night, I was always so exhausted that I was actually asleep before my head hit the pillow; and I would remain that way till someone pounded me awake in the morning.
No wonder I was snoring! Always too tired; always too relaxed; always sleeping too deeply.
I did not even know that my throat muscles relaxed along with the rest of my body and my air couldn't get through so well.
