Gas Prices Rise to $4 Gal - Summer Gas?
I first heard about this story on a local radio station and then did further research online to find out if oil companies really stated that gas prices would rise to over $4.
00 per gallon this summer.
Why you may ask? Representatives from major oil companies stated that they need to start producing "summer gas" for our automobiles and that it is more expensive, thus the increase in gas prices.
That is very considerate of the oil companies to take such care in producing our fuel.
Sure it may hurt our wallets, negatively impact the economy, and make it more difficult for us to support our families, but at least our cars won't have to run on winter gas anymore.
If we follow the oil companies logic that summer gas is more expensive than winter gas than wouldn't that mean gas prices should decrease during the winter months? When is the last time you have seen gas prices drop? To me this is a blatant marketing ploy to fatten the wallets of oil company executives and tighten the grip around hard working American's trying to make a living.
We all realize that the price of gas does not only impact transportation, but the price of every day living necessities.
Groceries, sanitation product and clothing may all be more expensive due to the cost of transporting these good.
What does this mean for the lower to middle class American's?If our government will not find a solution to this ever growing problem, we as citizens must do what we can to save money on fuel.
One solution that I and several of my co-workers have implemented is making some simple modifications to your vehicle which allows you to burn hydrogen (a by product of water) and gas in your fuel tank.
As odd as this may sound the concept is very simple.
By using electro-magnates you are basically splitting the hydrogen (which can be used as fuel) from the H20.
I know this may sound like a concept from a science fiction novel and I didn't believe it myself until a co-worker downloaded a guide on how to make this work.
Now I'm not going to make any outrageous claims of simply pouring water into your gas tank and taking off, but I did the research and this increased my vehicles gas mileage by about 15-20%.
Any money I can save on gas and not put into the oil companies pockets is a success.
This isn't just a battle to save money, it's the principle that we as American's will not be taken advantage of by the oil companies.
