If you want to learn how to cope with premature ejaculation, you must control the muscle that determines when you're going to ejaculate.
The name for that muscle is your "PC Muscle.
" While you're having sex, as you're getting more aroused, your muscle tension increases.
In particular, the muscles at the base of your penis (your PC muscles) begin a regular rhythmic contraction, and eventually cause ejaculation.
These contractions are involuntary in the vast majority of men.
Virtually every man who has premature ejaculation has no control over them.
However, by exercising and strengthening your PC muscle, you can gain total control over these muscle contractions.
Before explaining how to exercise this muscle, you need to isolate it.
Here's how you can do that.
Next time you go to the bathroom to urinate, stop mid-stream.
Pay attention to what muscle you are clenching to stop.
That's your PC muscle! That clenching exercise is called a Kegel exercise, named after Dr.
Arnold Kegel.
In order to strengthen this muscle, you simply want to flex it upward and inward for 2-3 seconds and then relax for 2-3 seconds.
You can do this limp or with a half-erection.
It's up to you.
But I recommend you avoid doing these exercises with a full erection.
You don't want to get in the habit of flexing your PC muscles when you have an erection, since that could essentially train yourself to make the mistake of flexing while you're having sex.
Although you want to strengthen your PC muscle, you'll actually last longer if you train yourself to keep it relaxed while you're having sex.
Otherwise, you'll just help trigger those contractions that cause ejaculation.
Also, pay attention to your breathing when you're flexing these muscles.
You should treat your PC muscle exactly the same as any other muscle you would exercise.
Exhale when you flex the muscle, and inhale when you relax it.
You'll probably find that exercising this muscle feels a little weird or uncomfortable at first.
That just means that your muscles aren't in good shape yet.
Don't worry.
After you get stronger, it'll just feel like any other muscle.
Starting today, practice clenching for 2-3 seconds and then relaxing for 2-3 seconds.
Do this 10 or 15 times.
And repeat that pattern every other day.
Within a few weeks, you'll notice a profound difference in the level of control you have over those muscles, and over your sex life.
