Why Prostate Problems Even Plague Health Nuts

A lot of people assume so-called "health nuts" are exempt from prostate problems - like BPH and prostatitis.
But they're not.
In some cases, they are just as likely to have these problems as anyone else.
In fact, here is something to consider: Sometimes doctors are like feuding families.
You got the mainstream ones touting drugs and surgery as the grand answer to life's medical woes...
and then you have the natural doctors who say all prescription drugs are the devil.
I've been to both kinds.
And, I usually fall on the natural side of things.
(Which makes me the black sheep in my family -- my mom is a nurse working for a pro-drug doctor, and my brother is a pharmaceutical drug rep...
) But, you know what? There is one thing they agree on: The devastating effects of inflammation.
Inflammation is terrible for your body.
It makes you more prone to injury, and more likely to get sick, gain unsightly body fat, have sexual dysfunction, catch a disease and have overall terrible health.
And you know what the worst part is? Most people are in a state of inflammation.
Yes, even so-called "health nuts.
" This is especially true if you live in an industrialized nation -- with all the pollution, tainted food, refined sugar (which is added to everything, even salt!), stress and the list goes on.
So inflammation sucks.
It's also REALLY bad for your prostate.
Hey, you got prostate problems? Eliminate inflammation from your body.
There are many ways to do it, too.
The first is to get on a good fish oil -- preferably with high levels of DHA and EPA (especially important for men).
And, also, use a good prostate supplement that also addresses excess inflammation.
Of course, you should always consult a doctor before supplementing.
But, the above are good starts for dealing with prostate problems caused by inflammation.
