Snoring could just be your worst nightmare, especially if you are young and attractive and eligible to be a complete heart breaker, if you snore, you might just be the sleep breaker.

You may have sleep apnea.
If you have sleep apnea you may require using a special machine called CPAP Continuous positive airway pressure.
This helps maintain air flow into your throat; however this can be used while you sleep and you will not snore at all.

At such times you should remember not to eat any dairy products such as yogurt or milk or cottage cheese.
These products have the ability to increase mucus production.
So best stay away from dairy in the evenings.
Another could be your habit of smoking.
If you smoke regularly it could irritate the walls of your throat.
This may because a mucus build up that may accumulate in the throat as you sleep.
This may cause trouble in the air passage.
