How to Adjust a Pinball Table
- 1). Set a spirit level on the front edge of the pinball machine so it is horizontal in front of you. Check the level to see which side is off balance.
- 2). Lift the machine slightly off the ground (a partner will be needed to this) so the wrench can be positioned to the nut holding the foot on the imbalanced side in place. Loosen the nut so you can move the foot freely.
- 3). Raise or lower the foot according to whatever adjustments you need to make. Tighten the nut back into place. Lower the machine to check the level again.
- 4). Set the level along the back edge of the machine also facing left to right and check the balance at that end. Adjust the feet in the same way the front feet were adjusted.
- 5). Set the level along the center of the machine so it is running front to back and check the degree of the incline. If you find the game moves slowly when you are playing, raise the back of the machine up by 5 degrees on the level at a time until the ball moves faster.
