Just like the other new season, I always sum up the season that having gone, and place for the new returning season, and always, I picture how challenging I will be in new returning, and I will set up a objective, and try to achieve. I have some worry, for the new returning, and have some puzzled about the having gone season.

Think rear again my 2011,I function in this organization for almost the whole season, since I come here in objective, never improved nowadays, maybe this organization as the new designed organization, there always have so many modify, not only in the staff, the developing, but also in the elements they're unique, when I come this organization, there didn't have any one who tell me what type of elements they're produce, and I introduced through their web page, and know they unique in start new pattern, and the most amazed me is that they didn't have any of their own items, even once the boss' customer started out new pattern in our organization, as they need to keep key for their customer, so we couldn't use any of our client's create items, thus we didn't have any elements in side, and more intense was, for us, if there customer need us to quotation for them, there must have 3D sketching or examples.

Generally, all we know, if we (suppliers) couldn't give our customer a ideal cost, our customer won't let to generate their items, if the consumer didn't us to do their elements, why they deliver the examples for us? No doulbt,they couldn't deliver the examples for us, if they haven't got our appropriate cost, but for our organization, we need to get the examples first, then quotation for them, all we know it is challenging, also there still have the puzzled elements, even imagined, I have got the examples from my customer, our leader make an increased cost, that customer couldn't take it, and when I said to my leader the consumer said our cost is greater, could we decreased some of cost, our boss said: our cost couldn't down, the customer didn't want us do at all, my god, if they didn't want us to generate for them, how could they deliver the examples for us?

Day by day, I become adjust the organization, and at almost the end of the season, our organization at last sponsor the whole of our business sales(they use one season to sponsor four revenue, of course, there have many individuals come and go less one Calendar month or just one or two days),and shifting to the new developing, when the new comer come, and she ask me, what type of elements we're particular, and where the photo come from, I tell her, and tell her, you can look for the photo from the website(Such as abide),and she started to check, then the other day, our leader come here, and tell her, dont obtain any photo, as we have our selfs elements. Once they tell me to search for photo from web, and be careful, dont use the photo that have the other organization's company logo or web page, how could he tell the other young lady that we have yourself items, and since then, we have our selfs elements.

Hope the new returning season goes well both me and all of my associates.For the new returning season, I have some worry, I worry our leader still quotation for an increased cost, or he still quotation acceding to his feelings, for myself, I sure I will try my best to function and done everything well, I don't want just as the projector is complicated or the elements is too much, our leader will said, its too much or too complicated, it challenging to quotation, and don't quotation for my customer, or make a very greater cost.
