Seabourn Odyssey - The Restaurant
The Restaurant is the main dining room on the Seabourn Odyssey. Three meals a day are served, with open seating. See below the photo for more on The Restaurant.
As is shown in the photo above and elsewhere in this photo gallery, The Restaurant on the Seabourn Odyssey is a lovely venue, filled with gold, silver, and crystal. Tables are set for 2, 4, 6, and 8 guests. Every dinner features a diverse selection of appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. The galley is equipped to handle all sorts of special diets, including gluten-free. A nice selection of complimentary wines are included.
We knew we were in for a happy dining cruise when the first night featured crab and asparagus Napoleon, a young spinach and saved fennel salad, and rack of lamb.
During our week's cruise, we dined on beef, veal, lamb, poultry, and a variety of fish and shellfish. Every evening, the dinners excelled with treats such as these.
The dinners are topped off with dessert and a plate of truffles for nibbling. We loved the chocolate truffles, and one night they were laced with wasabi. Quite a surprising taste mixed in with the rich chocolate filling!
Each cruise includes a chef's dinner one evening with a fixed menu. Here's the menu from our chef's dinner evening:
