How to Get Refined Metal in "TF2"
- 1). Purchase or collect nine pieces of scrap metal via the Mann Co. Supply Store or item drops, respectively.
- 2). Return to the character item loadout screen and click on the backpack icon. Click on the "Craft" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
- 3). From the left side of the screen, click and drag your three pieces of scrap metal from your backpack into the "Crafting Area."
- 4). Click on the "Craft It" button in the lower right section of the screen to combine three pieces of scrap metal. If your craft is successful, you will have created a piece of reclaimed metal. If it fails, your items will be lost and you will need to either purchase or find three more.
- 5). Repeat Steps 3 and 4 an additional two times so that you have three pieces of reclaimed metal.
- 6). Combine the three pieces of reclaimed metal to get a piece of refined metal.
