Celebrity fit club diet is a diet lifestyle approach that is based on the bestselling book written by Dr.
Ian K.
Smith.
It is not considered a diet plan.
Instead, it focuses on eating healthy foods and following a rigid exercise routine.
Celebrity fit club diet has 4 phases.
The first phase involves detoxifying your body from the toxins.
The rest of the three phases will focus on introducing the everyday food into your life.
Participants must pay attention to the meal portion sizes.
They are not required to count their calories to keep track of the progress.
Studies prove that the first phase, the detoxification phase is able to help you shed several pounds.
Toxins that are accumulated in your body will be eliminated during this stage.
Most of the toxins in the body is caused by eating processed food that are purchased from the department store.
The pollution in the environment also caused the toxins to be accumulated in the body.
Participants are expected to eat fruits and vegetables during the detoxification phase.
In the Foundation Phase, lean meat will be reintroduced into the individual's diet.
