The Secret to the Law of Attraction
The nature and intensity of modern living makes it very hard for us to live with a clear perception of what is true. For example, if we only ever hear bad news on the television then our minds will become overwhelmed with negative beliefs and so we will have a very misguided view of the world.
For so long, we have lived with the belief that our life experiences are out of our hands and that we get what we are dealt. Who do you think benefits from populations that are conditioned to believe that they are powerless - the public, or world leaders and influential companies and businesses?
Believing that we have no control over that which comes our way in life is an extremely limiting belief and is the reason that so many of us lack belief in ourselves and our desires.
If we want to take control over our own fate then we should not seek guidance from someone or something outside of ourselves. Instead, we should seek guidance only by that which can guide us accurately - our inner self. In other words, we should look inwards for guidance. Essentially, to connect with our inner self, we must become aware of our thoughts and listen to our emotions.
It is easy to get caught up in the rat race of life and lose our sense of self. In other words, it is easy to train ourselves to ignore our thoughts and emotions. In order to intentionally connect with our inner self and tune into our deep thoughts and emotions, we must first understand life. Understanding life requires us to understand that which enables life to exist - energy!
The very fabric of the universe is energy - at an atomic level, everything is energy. So, all matter is in fact energy, which includes stars, moons, planets and all life forms, such as us humans. As Albert Einstein once stated "mass and energy are both but different manifestations of the same thing". Energy governs our lives, though the manner in which it does so is often overlooked.
Although we do not realize we are talking about energy, we often feel its influence and refer to it as 'vibes', as in vibrations. We talk about getting 'good vibes' or 'bad vibes' from things without fully understanding what we're saying. We have all been in places or situations where we have experienced 'bad vibes' which have made us feel uncomfortable.
Think back to a time when you have walked into a room where there was tension or the people in there had just had an argument, we would usually say something like "The atmosphere was awful" or "You could cut the tension with a knife". In these situations, what we are experiencing is the affects of energy. When we walk into a room where there is tension, the people in that room are giving out hostile and negative energy and we can feel it! Some people can even see energy.
When we bond with another person or even a pet, what we are actually doing is establishing a vibrational connection. And what is a vibration? - energy! So, on one level, we are all already instinctively conscious of the affects of energy. Perhaps we just have not thought too much about energy and how it can influence our lives.
Everything exists through vibration. Living organisms have a vibrational frequency that is determined by their emotional aura. Our emotional state determines our energy level.
For example, when our predominant emotions are positive, when we feel emotions such as joy, appreciation and love, then we feel energized, active, upbeat and buoyant. When our energy is high, we may say "I feel on top of the world" or "I feel alive".
Whereas, when our predominant emotions are negative, when we feel emotions such as fear, stress and worthlessness, then we feel sluggish, lethargic, spiritless and lifeless. When our energy is low, we may say, "I'm feeling down in the dumps" or "I feel stressed".
We are always feeling some kind of emotion and so we are always emitting vibrations. Our lives are governed by the 'Law of Attraction'. The Law of Attraction can be defined as 'that which we tune into, we receive'.
This does not mean that we are at fault for the bad things that happen to us. Most of us are unaware of that which is in our vibrational proximity until it actualises in our experience. In other words, most of us are unaware of our thought, emotional and behavioural patterns. Nobody wants bad things to happen to them and so nobody would intentionally create bad experiences, hence the bad things that happen are not our fault!
The Law of Attraction means that our life experiences will consist of the people, events, situations, circumstances and resources that correspond with our vibrational frequency, our energy field.
For every experience we have, a chain of events had to occur in order for it to manifest. Since we receive whatever we are tuned into, our vibration determines the people, events, situations, circumstances and resources that spark the chain of events that lead to an experience.
Have you ever been in the wrong place at the wrong time or in the right place at the right time? Whenever we experience 'luck', whether it's good or bad luck, or whenever we experience a 'coincidence', we are just experiencing the affects of our vibration.
