The Western diet is often cited as the cause.
Out eating habits and the very food we limit ourselves to is not healthy for the human body.
In fact, it's probably possible to get rid of hemorrhoids if we change the way we eat.

Insoluble fiber can be found in whole grains, wheat and corn bran, nuts and seeds, potato skins, flax seed, some vegetables such as green beans and cauliflower, and the skins of some fruits.
Water This liquid is essential for all known forms of life.
For getting rid of hemorrhoids, you need to get serious about how much water you drink.
Two liters is typically recommended.
If you're a large person, you probably need more.
