Printing Row and Column Titles

• 1). Open the spreadsheet you want to print in Quattro Pro.
  
  
• 2). Select "File" and "Page Setup" from the menu. The Spreadsheet Page Setup dialog box opens.
  
  
• 3). Go to the "Options" tab.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Top Heading" range picker button to print row headings at the top of each page, or click the "Left Heading" range picker button to print column headings at the left of each page. You are directed to your spreadsheet.
  
  
• 5). Highlight the cells you want to print as a heading.
  
  
• 6). Return to the dialog box and click "OK."
  
  

Printing Column Letters and Row Numbers

• 1). Go to the spreadsheet you want to print in Quattro Pro.
  
  
• 2). Select "File" and "Page Setup" from the menu. Go to the "Options" tab in the Spreadsheet Page Setup dialog box that opens.
  
  
• 3). Go to the "Print Options" section and add a checkmark to "Row/Column Borders." Click "OK."
