Cell Phone Faceplate Instructions
- 1). Purchase a faceplate for your specific model of phone. Faceplates are model-specific. Visit your favorite electronics store, cell phone accessory dealer or online retailer to find a faceplate made specifically for your phone. The model numbers that a faceplate fits will typically be printed on the front of its packaging or listed in its description online.
- 2). Verify whether your new faceplate snaps over your existing one, or replaces it. If you are unsure, try to put the faceplate over the existing one and see if it fits; if it doesn't, remove the existing faceplate.
- 3). Look on the side of your phone for a release for the faceplate if you need to remove it. The release will typically be on the right side of the phone, in the middle, and will stick out slightly from the rest of the front of the faceplate. Press down on the release to pop off the faceplate.
- 4). Snap your new faceplate on the phone.
- 5). Start using your newly accessorized phone.
