Physical exercise is important has been known for its benefit to the muscles and in the long run to the bones.
The benefits of physical exercise is best noticed when one approaches the age when they are exposed to osteoporosis.
For women the period beyond menopause comes come as test to just how strongly the muscles are held together.
The brain power is more like a computer's CPU.
If the computer's processing unit is not powerful and fast, then the rest of the computer's functions will be slow too.
This is the case with low brain power.
It may not necessarily mean that the brain is of low capacity; butt like in a computer, the CPU may be infected by a virus or overloaded with temporary files that need to be deleted.
The memory may also need to be defragmented.
Meridian exercises such as Dahn Yoga will play similar roles in body of human being as the CPU.
As a student of biology, I do not dispute such a fact, neither is it too foreign.
But one thing that is sure and is also a fact that can be established among many other biology or even medical students, is the fact that the emphasis on emotional well being as a prerequisite for physical well being is a relatively a new phenomenon among natural science practitioners.
It is a fact that the brain is the master coordinator of energy and power in the human body.
In biology, especially the study of bio kinetics, I have learnt the importance of having to power the brain to be able to power the rest of the body.
Simple and soft exercise provides the brain with power building mechanisms that I believe have been able to rejuvenate the human body.
The exercises are pretty simple and most of them can be done at home.
An individual who benefits from enhanced brain power is likely to demonstrate it in better performance at workplace.
Capacities for critical thinking, creative thinking and deduction are greatly enhanced.
Such an individual will be more strategic in thinking and therefore able to make appropriate decisions that spur business growth.
Enhanced brain power is also seen in the ability to relate better with the people around a person.
Control of emotions such as anger is also expected as a result of enhanced brain power.
Enhanced brain power has been shown to lead to enhanced quality of life.
With the growing popularity of meridian exercises such as Dahn Yoga, there is an equally growing understanding of the benefits of such exercises in improving the psychological and emotional well being of the practitioner.
The benefit to the brain power has been demonstrated through randomized trial studies which used cohort study designs and double blinded the researchers.
