Brain wave meditation requires special brainwave training.
Brain wave training work started in early 70's by Maxwell Cade.
He was able to find analogies between the state of mind while meditating and praying.
When we are praying, we try to close our eyes and concentrate on the prayer and keep God in mind.
It was found that when we deliberately try to concentrate on something that holds importance in our life we avoid thinking about all other things and train our mind to meditate over the sole thing.
Brainwave training includes training the mind in a way to impart it flexibility and growth.
Maxwell, the actual founder of this concept has worked with various priests, yogis and swamis who meditate for years and years without eating or drinking anything and still continue to live.
It has been found that if we prepare our mind and determine to concentrate on a particular fact then it is easier to meditate.
You can meditate for years if you train your mind to do so.
The brain wave pattern provides an insight and various sights that help us to know many things that are related to our body and well being.
It has been seen that in the earlier times various swamis used to get an insight of the future and the past.
When you meditate your brainwave it helps you to connect your unconscious mind to your conscious mind and lets you learn and observe things that are not available usually in your conscious mind.
It helps you to enhance your creativity and intellect.
It has been observed that the same pattern of brain activity is observed for a mathematician, artist and a performer which implies that all people who are involved in doing creative work tend to have the same art in their unconscious mind.
