venetian.com - Opened in January 2008, the Palazzo Hotel is the sister property to the Venetian hotel. The hotel has 3,068 total rooms, all suites. The casino houses more than 130 table games, Lagasse's Stadium, which is the race and sports book, and slot machines. Dining options include American steakhouse, French steakhouse, Pan-Asian, Italian and South American. If you are into the nightlife, the Palazzo Hotel offers Lavo Club, the Lounge at Dos Caminos, the Lounge at SushiSamba and the Salute Lounge.

The Grand Canal Shoppes has more than 40 stores with name brands such as Ann Taylor, Kenneth Cole, Godiva and Wolfgang Puck. Shopping is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. There is also an interactive wax museum on the property.
