Examples of these nasal corticosteroids are fluticasone, triacinolone, beclomethasone, and Mometasone. For sinus type infections, surgery might also be required. One example is the endoscopic sinus surgery or balloon rhinoplasty. However, these options may not be recommended unless you are suffering from a chronic sinus infection.
