Back-Pain Is the Result of Being Angry With Oneself

Back-pain is the result of being angry with oneself.
An intriguing thought don't you think? Has anyone ever told you that before? Would you have even listened or taken it seriously if they had told you.
The fascinating thing about this possibility is that while many people will simply say that it's absurd, some will say wow, I never ever thought of that.
Consider the following then that anger is fear expressed or that fear is in back of anger.
So what is it makes you be angry or be fearful in your life.
Louise L.
Hay, in her wonderful book, "Heal Your Body", suggests the following.
Upper back-pain is caused by lack of emotional support, the feeling of being unloved and of holding back love (in other words you are sub-consciously or consciously angry that you are un-loved and afraid that you will never be loved).
Middle back-pain relates to guilt, being stuck in all that stuff back there, and wanting people to back off.
The lower back relates to fear of money and lack of financial and emotional support and you could well be angry of the reality you are living and feel powerless to change it.
Most people treat their new car better than they treat their bodies.
We take our bodies for granted because they are so forgiving.
In such a highly sensitive and resilient machine like the human body, there are some areas, which are more vulnerable than others, and the lower back is one of them.
It bears tremendous pressure, both physical and emotional and as a consequence, the supporting muscle structure loses its elasticity and tightens.
The muscles that support the spine and lower back are marvels of engineering.
In their prime they are strong, flexible and responsive but with back-pain they are hard, inflexible and unresponsive.
